Alamon, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive the strategic direction and operational performance of our Enterprise Technical Solutions (ETS) department. This role will oversee business operations, personnel management, financial performance, and project execution, ensuring that growth and efficiency align with company expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Direct ETS operations to meet customer, budget, and financial goals.
- Lead short-term and long-range planning, resource allocation, and policy enforcement.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Human Resource Management
- Oversee hiring, and personnel development for the ETS department.
- Implement employee training and development programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain positive employee relations.
Project Management & Compliance
- Ensure project profitability, compliance, and quality standards.
- Implement systems for efficient project tracking, documentation, and billing.
- Maintain compliance with safety and government regulations.
Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans.
- Represent Alamon at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Keep marketing materials (website, brochures, social media) up to date.
Financial Management
- Oversee division profitability and meet financial growth expectations.
- Prepare monthly and yearly forecasts and manage employee costs.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and risk management strategies.
Quality Control & Safety
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with the Company Safety Manager to enhance safety procedures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Administrative & Compliance Management
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for A/R, A/P, and inventory management.
- Assist in developing tools and systems to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely project close-outs and billing completion.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field OR
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, management, logistics, or enterprise technology solutions.

Minimum Position Requirements

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Remote/hybrid position with occasional on-site support as needed.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and travel to job sites.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
