About Us :

We are seeking a React UI Developer with digital marketing experience to help build out our SIMS platform while driving digital marketing initiatives that improve our website, SEO, lead generation, and overall marketing ROI.

This role will be focused on new development in React for our claims management platform (SIMS) as well as on supporting digital marketing strategies to improve visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

React UI Developer (50%)

Work closely with product managers, developers, and end-users to refine workflows, optimize navigation, and enhance platform usability.
Implement UI enhancements based on analytics, user feedback, and best practices in SaaS design while ensuring an intuitive and modern user experience.
Conduct A / B testing, usability studies, and user behavior analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design updates effectively.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance across all UI components.
Have strong CSS skills, knowledge of Sass / SCSS and Material UI
Develop and build advanced React components for our SIMS e-billing platform, ensuring an intuitive and modern user experience.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (50%)

Overhaul and optimize our corporate website for SEO, conversion optimization, and user engagement.

Improve search engine rankings (SEO) by refining content, metadata, site structure, and backlinking strategies.

Develop and execute a content marketing strategy including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.

Implement and track lead generation campaigns using PPC, social media, and email marketing.

Analyze marketing data and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness and drive strategic improvements.

Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives efficiently.

Desired Qualifications & Skills :

3 years of experience in UI / UX design, digital marketing, or a related field.

Proven ability to improve web platforms & SaaS UI / UX based on data and user feedback.

Experience with React ; clear understanding of async / await , context and hooks

Experience with version control, i.e., Git, BitBucket

Experience with JIRA , agile development

Experience with Material UI / Material Design

Experience with REST API, WebSocket

Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI design tools.

Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and digital marketing tactics.

Knowledge of email marketing tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator).

Ability to analyze marketing ROI, lead generation performance, and conversion metrics.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Experience with claims management platforms or insurance / financial technology.

Experience with containerization and deployment ( Docker, etc)

Repository of code samples

Experience with PPC campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, and B2B marketing automation.

Experience with multimedia tools (video editing, motion graphics, and content creation).
