Title Manager
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Title Manager to lead their Land Administration team. This role is critical to managing all aspects of land title operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of oil and gas title law, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This position is an onsite role based at our client’s office in Morgantown, WV.
Key Responsibilities
- Title Processing Leadership : Oversee the Land Administration team to ensure title processing is accurate, timely, and efficient.
- Specialized Title Projects : Manage special title review projects assigned by the Land Department.
- Vendor Collaboration : Partner with external title firms and land service companies to meet the title needs of the Land Department and Operations effectively.
- Title Order Oversight : Supervise the entire title order process, including initiation, review, approval, and tracking.
- Curative Process Management : Direct the resolution of title issues to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Due Diligence : Conduct thorough due diligence for acquisitions to verify title accuracy and land records.
- Team Development : Mentor and develop team members, providing regular performance evaluations and fostering professional growth.
