Triple L Land and Minerals is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Title Abstractor to join our team. In this role, you’ll research property records, analyze deeds, and verify ownership histories to ensure accurate and thorough title reporting. Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze property records, deeds, leases, and mineral rights.
- Identify and resolve title defects or inconsistencies.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive title reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title and land regulations.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Accurately researching and compiling detailed property ownership histories.
- Identifying and resolving any title defects or inconsistencies.
- Delivering clear, comprehensive reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborating effectively with our team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio to organize, analyze, and present findings effectively.
- Having experience with GIS mapping software to interpret and analyze spatial data for land and mineral rights research.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in title research, land records, or mineral rights.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Experienced in GIS mapping software.
