Job Overview
Our Finance Manager will support the CFO in financial planning and forecasting activities as well as serve as a key team member supporting various accounting and finance functions. Lead and manage all aspects of company-wide financial budgeting reports
- Develop profitability models and reporting at the branch, customer, and product level by working Lead monthly sales profitability analysis and validation of gross to net assumptions
- Understand the key drivers of our business and be the subject matter expert, coaching your business partners in the areas of costing, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Ensure appropriate and structured record keeping of all management reporting and planning activities and meetings
- Work directly with business unit leaders to solve business problems using the tools of financial analysis, forecasting and ad-hoc data analysis
- Create and implement total company key performance indicator reporting and methods for measurement and evaluation
- Responsible for analyzing spend effectiveness and recommending improvements
- Effectively present and work with the leadership team on financial reporting
- Ensure plausibility of branch level financials and full alignment with accounting team
- Establish and continuously improve the management reporting pack and ensure accuracy of data and system
- Coordinate and prepare the monthly closing deck and results summary
- Prepare other monthly / quarterly financial deliverables as needed
- Provide insightful variance analysis to business partners
- Collaborate cross functionally and develop comprehensive understanding of revenue and service mix trends as well as utilizations
- Support validation of procurement savings achieved
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA a plus
- 6 years' experience with progressive financial reporting and planning experience
- Experience in a subscription or recurring revenue business strongly desired
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong SQL Server and Query Writing a plus
- Ability to build financial models and analyses with limited guidance, and make recommendations to improve results
- High attention to detail to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Strong organization skills.
