Your Mission:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic People and Organisation Lead to drive operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle. This pivotal role involves leading a high-performing team dedicated to enhancing talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, and people & workplace operations. Your Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing People & Organisation team
- Lead and optimize innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract exceptional talent
- Oversee all aspects of people operations and workplace management, including office administration, payroll, and HR functions
- Design and oversee comprehensive training and development programs
- Strengthen a vibrant company culture that promotes high employee engagement and satisfaction
- Lead total reward and compensation strategy reviews and employee cycle
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 6 years of experience in human resources management with a strong focus on talent acquisition and people operations.
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating effective team management.
- Strong grasp of HR metrics and analytics with a proven ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience in managing hybrid workforces effectively.
- A track record of driving change and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Proficiency in both German and English
