Operations Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time, highly detailed, accurate, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support operational administration & clerical office, as well as other duties. Job duties will include, but not be limited to working with Excel, Electronic Health Record systems and other miscellaneous administrative support.
The ideal candidate for this position is extremely organized, highly attentive to detail, professional, takes initiative, and values the importance of efficiencies. S/he should be comfortable with technology systems, making outbound phone calls, and may be called upon to status or qualify provider applications. Other duties may include answering general inquiry telephone calls, creating paperless (scanned) records, preparing deposits, processing credit card payments, and generally supporting the company’s operations wherever needed.
Required Skills and Duties:
The Operations Administrative Assistant should have skills for and experience in office practices, procedures, and equipment. Proficiency in computer use and data entry is essential. S/he must also be able to work well with people, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively. Furthermore, skills required include: the ability to answer inquiries and obtain information for internal and external customers, have knowledge and skills using spreadsheets, word processing, and telephone etiquette.
Computer experience, including, but not limited to: word processing and spreadsheet applications, with minimum of 40wpm typing speed and 10-key by touch. Medical practice management software experience is a plus.

Starting Salary: DOE
Hours/Week: 40 hours per week (part-time considered) 8:30am–5:00pm* M-F *flexible
Education: HS or GED required, college preferred
