Responsibilities:
- Own existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Dazzle prospective clients with captivating cold and warm calls, nurturing relationships to convert leads into sales
- Become a CRM whiz to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities
- Curate client ad materials to ensure the flawless execution of campaigns
- Schmooze at trade shows and conferences to build business relationships and champion the Alaska Business brand
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of crushing goals
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on relationship-building and an ability to charm decision-makers at all levels
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and rock it as part of a team
- Proficiency using CRM software and Google Workspace
- Understanding of print and digital media advertising is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are a must

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000
This is a commission-based sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential - the sky's the limit! You'll have the unique opportunity to join our team with an established account list, which translates to a first-year income potential of $75,000 . But that's just the beginning - we fully expect you to hit that six-figure mark in your second year!
