What You Will Be Doing:
As an Engineer/Architect 2 at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, you will manage the Airport’s Capital Improvement Program for vertical infrastructure, oversee multiple projects, and ensure quality, budget, and schedule compliance. This position may administer the Airport’s Architectural Design Term Agreement and Job Order Construction Contract. Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting building permits, engaging with officials, and providing technical assistance for future improvements. Additional duties will support the airport’s operational goals.

Minimum Qualifications
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect, and one year of professional experience as an Engineer/Architect 1 or Engineering Associate with the State of Alaska, or the equivalent.
Special Note:
Persons not registered in the State of Alaska must be registered in a state recognized by the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors eligible for comity in accordance with AS 08.48.191(b). Persons employed under this provision must become registered in Alaska within one year of hire and sign an agreement to this effect as a condition of employment.
