Shelter Supervisor in Palmer for the DVSA Shelter. Full time position available to assist with the supervision of emergency shelter staff and ensuring the effective execution of domestic violence and sexual assault services to shelter residents and nonresidents, including the 24-hour crisis line. Develop, implement, and supervise life skills and support groups. Create and manage case plans that are responsive to the needs of all shelter participants. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in social work, or a closely related field or in lieu of a degree, equivalent related experience in human services with a minimum of two years’ experience in shelter services.
