Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Human Resources Intern to join our HR Team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, compliance, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in recruitment efforts, including job posting, attending job fairs, coordinating interviewers with hiring managers.
•Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with orientation.
•Maintain and update employee records in HRIS ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
•Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
•Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
•Help update desktop manuals.
•Help with benefits administration and answering employee inquiries with guidance from HR Manager or HR team.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
•Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including document filing, faxing, coping and data entry.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
•Excellent verbal and written skills.
•Ability to handle confidential information and discretion.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel) is a plus.
