Role and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in our Endoscopy Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care during invasive procedures. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff. You will also be responsible for completing paperwork and computer charting accurately and efficiently. In addition, you will provide education to patients and families regarding their care and address any concerns they may have. You will follow patient and employee safety/security policies and protocols, including hand hygiene, use of universal precautions, and adherence to isolation procedures.
