Sales Associate

Duties:

- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in sales and customer service.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, including their applications and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide coaching and feedback to improve their performance.
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills to build trust and rapport with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and improve market share.
- Provide phone etiquette and support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the metals industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to sell and promote products in a competitive market.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers.

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
