Job Title : FINANCE DIRECTOR
Job Summary :
The Finance Director is accountable for the overall performance and success of SERRC's Finance Department, which includes budget management, accounting, payroll functions, and the preparation of the organization's annual budget(s). Additionally, the Finance Director provides oversight for SERRC's Business Service clients.
As the organization's Secretary / Treasurer, the Finance Director also holds responsibility for overseeing financial governance and compliance. In this role, the Finance Director offers critical financial insights and advice to support the Executive Director in making informed strategic decisions.
As a key member of the SERRC leadership team, the Finance Director collaborates closely with the Executive Director, Associate Director, and HR Director to drive organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent field experience
- Professional accounting experience at a managerial level, 5 years minimum
- Governmental / fund accounting experience, 3 years minimum
- School District accounting / business management experience, preferred
- Valid AK driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Notary for the State of Alaska, preferred
Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work will be considered.

Work Schedule : 260-day contract.
Salary :
95,000 - $120,000 DOE
