Experienced Veterinary Technician
Alaska Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Technician to join our One-of-a-Kind Team and help us deliver top-quality care to our patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!
We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable veterinary professional with a strong background in veterinary care, ideally with 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician or assistant. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a busy setting, we want to hear from you! Your expertise will be valued, and your contributions will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 2 years of veterinary technician or assistant experience preferred.
- Strong skills in patient care, medical procedures, and diagnostics.
- Experience in digital radiology, ultrasound imaging, and other advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to perform a variety of clinical tasks including administering medications, preparing surgical instruments, assisting in surgeries, and managing patient care.
- Passion for working in a team environment with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Our Schedule:
- Full-time availability required: You can choose between working 4 days a week (7:00 am – 6:00 pm) or 5 days a week (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
- We are closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
- NO weekends!
Competitive Pay:
- $17.00/hour to $25.00 /hour depending on your experience and qualifications.
