Locally owned and operated company that has been in business for 37 years is seeking a skilled and proactive Office Manager with strong

bookkeeping experience to join our team!

About the Role :

This full-time position is critical to ensuring office

efficiency, accuracy, and organizational effectiveness. The Office Manager

will :
  • Manage
  • daily office operations, ensuring smooth and effective workflows.

    • Provide
    • high-level administrative support to the company president and team.

    • Offer
    • cross-departmental support to HR and Accounting teams.

    • Serve
    • as a central resource for multiple departments to foster communication and

      collaboration.

      The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with

      experience in office management, bookkeeping, and interdepartmental

      coordination. We seek someone who is adaptable, self-sufficient, and thrives in

      a fast-paced environment.

      Key Responsibilities :

    • Oversee
    • office operations, ensuring accuracy in processes and deadlines.

    • Manage
    • and maintain bookkeeping tasks as needed, including expense tracking,

      budget monitoring, some assistance with payroll.

    • Cross
    • Department Support :
    • Assist
    • the Accounting Department with financial reports and data entry.

    • Support
    • HR functions including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee

      communications.

    • Serve
    • as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless operations.

    • Coordinate
    • schedules, meetings, and administrative support for leadership.

    • Manage
    • confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

    • Documentation
    • and Record Keeping

    • Communication
    • Meeting
    • Support

    • Project
    • Assistance : Support special projects, conducting research, gathering data,

      and compiling reports to assist in decision-making for HR and Accounting.

    • Administrative
    • and Supervisory Tasks : Supervise administrative staff as assigned. Perform

      other duties as necessary to support a productive work environment.

      Required Education, Skills & Experience :

    • Education :
    • High school diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent in business,

      accounting, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is a plus, or a

      minimum of three years of relevant office management or bookkeeping

      experience. higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or related

      field preferred.

    • Experience :
    • Minimum 3 years in office management and or bookkeeping roles.

    • Skills :
    • Strong
    • proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and

      Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    • Demonstrate
    • experience in supporting multiple departments, with solid office

      administration skills and some bookkeeping.

    • Excellent
    • organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

    • Effective
    • written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain

      confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    • Strong
    • interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability
    • to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

    • High
    • level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
