Required Education, Skills & Experience :
High school diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent in business,
accounting, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is a plus, or a
minimum of three years of relevant office management or bookkeeping
experience. higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or related
field preferred.
Minimum 3 years in office management and or bookkeeping roles.
proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
experience in supporting multiple departments, with solid office
administration skills and some bookkeeping.
organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain
confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
