Scope
Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance on tubing production lines to include the seamer, header, capper, packer, and carton erector while maintaining Company standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction

Main activities

• Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with checklists and procedures
• Troubleshoot mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment as required
• Modifies, lubricates, diagnoses, and operates equipment as required
• Maintains industrial control systems
• Works independently and with team members to complete repairs and preventative maintenance in a safe and timely manner
• Create and report all corrective maintenance repairs at end of shift
• Document all parts and material usage
• Complete all paperwork associated with preventative maintenance at end of shift
• Understand and follow all plant safety rules including lifting, machine operation, lock out tag out, and proper equipment usage
• Personal protective equipment is to be used
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Accountability including KPIs

• Make sure the machine and molds run well to deliver the daily output.
• Make sure of the quality of the products is in line with requirement.

Profile (Experience & qualifications)
Knowledge/Technical Skills required

• Must have excellent trouble-shooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with functional department smoothly.
• Industrial maintenance Diploma; or one (1) year related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
