Scope
Responsible for Entry level operation of injection mold machines used in the production of plastic tube shoulders, and/or caps while maintaining Company safety and quality standards.

Scope
Responsible for Entry level operation of injection mold machines used in the production of plastic tube shoulders, and/or caps while maintaining Company safety and quality standards.
Main activities
- Assist in loading material, and operate molding machine per production specifications
- Monitor process and perform quality checks
- Assist with adjustments to machine or material as needed to correct defects in product quality
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Ensure to follow safe operating standards
- Prepare finished material for transfer to inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Accountability including KPIs
- Make sure the machine and molds run well to deliver the daily output.
- Make sure of the quality of the products is in line with requirement.
- Scrap and REE KPIs met on a daily basis.
- Carrying our timely changeovers when the plan requires
Profile (Experience & qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous production experience desired
- Some knowledge of injection molding
- Basic math skills and knowledge of data collection methods
- Good communications skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude (through work experience in engine repair, machine shop, industrial or military machine maintenance or in applicable vocational training)
- Ability to work overtime or non-regular weekly schedule as assigned
- Manual dexterity, ability to maintain brisk pace of production
- Ability to diagnose production problems and implement solutions
- Willingness to adhere to Company safety rules and requirements
- Ability to work well within a team environment
