Scope
Assist in producing of printed material per product specifications for the laminate tubing lines while adhering to printing and quality standards.
Main activities
Load material, assist in performing setups, operate and adjust Digital/Gallus printing presses to produce good quality roll stock per specifications. Assist in performing timely and accurate changeovers. Observe process and perform quality checks. Assist with routine preventative maintenance and breakdown of maintenance as necessary. Adjust machine or material as needed to correct defects in product quality. Mix inks if needed. Prepare and move finished material to staging area. Other duties as assigned.

Profile (Experience & qualifications)
High school diploma or GED. Previous production experience desired. Some knowledge of printing processes. Ability to diagnose production problems and implement solutions. Manual dexterity, ability to maintain brisk pace of production. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude (through work experience in engine repair, machine shop, industrial or military maintenance or in applicable vocational training). Basic math skills and knowledge of data collection methods. Good communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work overtime or non-regular weekly schedule as assigned. Ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to adhere to Company safety rules and requirements.

- Make sure of the quality of the products is in line with requirement.
- Scrap and REE KPIs met on a daily basis.
- Carrying our timely changeovers when the plan requires
