This person is a critical member of the sales team who is responsible for managing all aspects of the business for both new and existing accounts in their assigned territory. They guide their customers using the core principles of ACG. They are proactive and hold themselves accountable. They build strong relationships with customers and support internal departments through collaboration, comprise, and understanding how they can help achieve common goals.
This person is the primary contact for customers and a conduit to ACG that ensures the customer's voice is always heard at ACG. This person communicates sales gaps and offers guidance to management to eliminate these gaps. They use technology, training, and tools to reach sales and profitability goals. They utilize data and proactively look for trends to identify issues. They make decisions based on facts gathered from reliable sources.
They are willing to go the distance, apply all their unique talents to the task at hand, and act with clarity, intention, and grit. This person owns their role and understands they are part of a team that trusts them to get the job done.
