We specialize in treating anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Job Overview

We are seeking both licensed therapists and registered associates who have experience working with children and families or a strong interest in doing so. The ideal candidate will be eager to provide in-person therapy, comfortable working with evidence-based modalities, and committed to working collaboratively with our team. Please note: Due to the structure of our practice, we require that therapists do not maintain an outside private or group practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide empirically-supported therapy (CBT and/or ACT) for anxiety, mood, and relationship issues.
• Maintain a consistent in-person schedule at one or more of our office locations (5 days per week).
• Offer virtual sessions when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain availability from 1:30-7:30 PM, 5 days per week, Monday-Friday
• Participate in weekly consultation groups on Thursdays from 11:30-1:30 and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psy.D., Ph.D.) or registration as an associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) working toward licensure.
• Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families (licensed clinicians) or strong interest and relevant experience working with children (associates).
• Training or training in CBT, DBT, ACT, SPACE, mindfulness-based therapies, or Family Systems Therapy.
• Specialized experience in anxiety disorders and exposure therapy (preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within a structured group practice.

Pay: $78.00 - $145.00 per hour
