DESCRIPTION:
The work involves investigation, preparation and prosecution of criminal violations, misdemeanors and felony cases in the City and Justice Courts and County and State Superior Courts. This is an appointed position under the general supervi-sion of the District Attorney and direct supervision of a higher-ranking professional employee. Supervision is not a responsibility of this position. Does related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATONS:
Graduation an accredited college or university with an LL. B or J.D. Degree with three (3) years’ experience in the practice of criminal/civil law.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
Admission to the Bar of the State of New York.
