Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production team members.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and good manufacturing practices.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team performance; provide feedback and disciplinary actions if needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
- Participate in planning and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
