What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Supervisor position at Albany Marriott Hotel?
The Albany Marriott Hotel is interviewing for an Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor. The purpose of this position is to establish a high degree of excellence in our Guest Rooms, Public areas, and Corridors, ensuring the Guest receives only the highest standard of services that are equal to the high level of Guest and Management expectations.
Duties would include but not be limited to Training staff, Inspecting guest rooms and Completing inspection reports, Reporting any Maintenance issues, Ensuring that lost & found items are properly processed, Supervision of department staff, and always Exhibiting a high degree of Hospitality at all times. Must be physically fit and have the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, pull & push. Schedule may include Nights, Weekends, Holidays. Must have Hotel Housekeeping Experience and preferably Housekeeping Supervisory Experience.
Associate will receive $200 after working 30 days and an additional $200 after working an additional 90 days. Successful associates will receive $400 after completion of 90 days!
