Key Responsibilities :
- Effectively implements physician orders and administers medications while adhering to company policies and applicable regulations.
- Orders, interprets, and assesses diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' conditions.
- Continuously assesses and evaluates patient needs and their responses to care provided.
- Utilizes sound nursing judgment in making decisions related to patient care management.
- Provides immediate care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administers both over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
- Collaboratively develops and executes a comprehensive Plan of Care in conjunction with the nursing team for all patients.
- Leads and mentors ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
Hourly Range : $36.73 - $60.93
