Key Responsibilities :
- Implement physician orders diligently, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and tests, and document all care as per company guidelines.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess and monitor patients' conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to administered care.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions effectively.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.
- Collaborate closely with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
