Key Responsibilities :
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting care as per company policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patients' conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to care.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as per physician orders.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
