Salary Range : $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Entry-Level Clinical Nurse to join our team at Albany Medical Center. Key Responsibilities :

• Effectively implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting all necessary information in compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions accurately.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care management.
• Deliver primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications as required.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel while ensuring adherence to professional nursing standards.
