Pulmonary Renal Nursing at Albany Medical Center
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our Pulmonary Renal department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, implement evidence-based practices, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting patient information accurately. You will also be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment, and directing ancillary personnel to ensure a safe and effective care environment.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
- 1 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing or related field.
- Ability to apply sound nursing judgment and critical thinking skills in decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
