Join our dynamic team as a Night Shift Assistant Nurse Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care and supporting our exceptional nursing staff. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of the Specialty Nursing Division to provide leadership in patient care and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Coordinating and planning nursing operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Mentoring and guiding professional caregivers in the Orthopedics and Spine Unit.
- Facilitating effective communication and patient transitions throughout their care journey.
- Assuring a compassionate and competent approach to patient care across all settings.
- Supporting the development and implementation of policies and programs aligned with our mission and vision.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to achieve short- and long-term goals for the unit.
