As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Coordination, planning, and administrative management alongside the Administrative Nursing Supervisor and Nurse Manager.
- Mentoring professional caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
- Facilitating patient access, communication, and transitions throughout their acute care experience.
- Providing visible leadership and support to our specialty nursing staff on the assigned night shift.
- Ensuring consistent, compassionate care for our patients, their families, and referral facilities.
- Supporting the development and evaluation of policies and programs aligned with our hospital's mission.
