The Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:

2. Staff Management: S/he will provide leadership and guidance to unit-based staff, including nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional patient care.
3. Operational Efficiency: The Assistant Nurse Manager will participate in budget planning and resource allocation, as well as develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality patient outcomes.
4. Leadership Development: S/he will support the development of unit-based staff and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
