Hourly Range : $36.73 - $60.93
The Senior Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. This role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, and documenting treatment as required. Additionally, the role involves assessing patient needs, providing primary and emergency care, collaborating with the nursing team, and maintaining professional nursing standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Graduate of a professional nursing program
- Current state Registered Nurse license
- Certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care
- Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of quality concepts and principles
