- Coordinate, plan, and manage administrative duties in collaboration with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division.
- Mentor professional caregivers in delivering high-quality patient care and facilitate effective communication and transitions throughout the acute care stay.
- Provide leadership and ensure competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers, including referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients in various settings.
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services aligned with the hospital's mission and departmental/unit vision and philosophy.
