Receptionists are the face of our small business; they are responsible for greeting pets and their owners, understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service and retention, and demonstrating strong communication skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is naturally upbeat and friendly, has previous receptionist experience, enjoys working with people as much as they love dogs, and can remain calm and proficient under pressure.
