POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Psychology Assistant will assist faculty on the ISAVRAD study in administering neuropsychological tests, collecting data, conducting preliminary statistical analyses.
- Perform neuropsychological testing.
- Conduct interviews, data collection, and tabulation.
- Perform library research.
- Manage databases using RedCAp, Excel and Filemaker.
- Carry out report writing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Major in Psychology or Neuroscience is preferred
- Experience of working in a Neuroscience or Neuropsychology Laboratory preferred
- Experience with software programs such as excel, SSPS, and matlab preferred
- Experience working with older individuals preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent organizational, oral, written and analytical communications skills; strong database management and clear understanding of clinical and research databases
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and Mac operating systems
