What You Will Be Doing
The Enablement Analyst role at Albertsons offers an exciting and dynamic opportunity for an individual contributor to drive project-driven initiatives that support Demand Planning, Replenishment, Retail Support, and Leadership activities. This role is pivotal in addressing a wide range of business questions and problem statements across various subject areas, leveraging the analyst's experience and understanding of related systems, processes, and programs to support and enhance continual operations. The Enablement Analyst will be granted a high degree of operational freedom to address and lead business requests, ranging from changes and enhancements to process governance and solutions. This role is highly collaborative, requiring the analyst to work closely with IT, off/onshore support, Retail Operations, and Backstage/DC operations teams to complete projects, solve opportunities, and enhance end-to-end planning operations for Albertsons.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Albertsons solutions, operational history, and planning and/or retail operations. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, and program/operations management is essential. Additionally, experience reporting to and working directly with leadership under a high degree of autonomy is highly preferred. The Enablement Analyst will play a crucial role in driving transformation and enhancement projects, ensuring that Albertsons continues to operate efficiently and effectively. Main Responsibilities
- System Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation.
- Data Integrity Management: Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular audits and validations.
- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions to enhance user understanding and provide advanced support and troubleshooting.
- System Customization: Configure and customize the Blue Yonder system to meet specific business requirements.
- Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup and recovery processes to safeguard critical data.
- Reporting Management: Collaborate with PowerBI teams to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure data availability.

- Relevant Experience: Experience in Planning, Supply Chain, or System Administration. Albertsons backstage experience highly preferred.
