QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE : High school education preferred but not absolutely necessary. 2-4 years office experience, with 1 year emphasis in assigned area of responsibility. Experience must include a computerized system. Must have computer experience. 10-key by touch necessary. Successful applicant needs strong organization skills with attention to detail.
LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve problems involving several concrete and abstract variables. Great attention to detail and accuracy necessary.
