Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel$180,000 - $250,000New Jersey (Hybrid working)Albion Rye Associates are exclusively partnered with an international CDMO to recruit a Legal / Senior Legal Counsel.My client is looking to recruit a Counsel with strong expertise in commercial transactions, particularly in sales and service agreements. Experience with intellectual property-related transactions, such as licensing agreements, is a plus. A client-focused approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence internal clients and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage legal matters independently and supervise external counsel. Capacity to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and see projects through to completion.Candidates with a background in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or CDMO settings, or from Private Practice supporting the mentioned areas will take priority on this search.Minimum RequirementsJuris Doctorate (JD) and admission to practice in a U.S. state5 years of combined experience at in-house and law firmExperience within Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or CDMOInterviews taking place immediately with a view to hiring before the end of January 2025.#J-18808-Ljbffr
