As we prepare for the launch of multiple new products in 2026, we are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with expertise in market access and commercial legal matters to support our journey.Role Overview : As Senior Legal Counsel , you will provide strategic legal guidance to support commercial and market access initiatives critical to the success of the product launch. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, and Compliance, to ensure all activities align with legal and regulatory requirements across global markets.Key Responsibilities : Market Access Legal Support : Advise on legal frameworks and regulatory requirements related to pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies across diverse healthcare systems.Draft, review, and negotiate market access agreements with payers, distributors, and other stakeholders.Commercial Legal Guidance : Provide strategic advice on commercial contracts, including distribution, supply, and licensing agreements.Support brand strategy and marketing initiatives to ensure compliance with advertising and promotion laws.Product Launch Readiness : Serve as the legal representative on launch teams to provide insights into market-specific requirements.Identify and mitigate risks associated with pre-launch and post-launch activities.Partner with internal stakeholders to provide training and education on legal implications of commercial and market access strategies.Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities to address complex legal issues.Experience : 7 years PQE within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.Proven track record in market access, pricing, and reimbursement legal matters.Experience supporting product launches, preferably on a global or multi-regional scale.Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to EMA, FDA, and global payer systems.Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Law degree and qualification to practice in at least one jurisdiction (ideally New Jersey).#J-18808-Ljbffr
