In order to strengthen our team in Zurich we are looking for a :
Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel 100% (m / f / d)
Your responsibilities
- Central contact for all Aon units in Switzerland in Legal & Compliance matters.
- Advising Swiss Business and Management on changes in Swiss law and regulation and its impact
- Managing and reporting of legal and compliance risks
- Management of litigation and E&O cases for Aon Switzerland
- Compliance management, incl. training, drafting and reviewing policies in line with global Aon standards, compliance controls and coordinating follow-up work
- Supporting BAU Legal and Compliance related inquiries
- Supporting the negotiation of client and commercial contracts
- Management of Corporate Law matters
- M&A transaction support
- Instruction and management of external counsel
- Close cooperation with L&C team in the DACH, EMEA and Group
- Close cooperation with central units in Switzerland (Finance, Operations, Communications and Marketing, Company Secretary, Data Protection Officer / Manager)
