Position Purpose:
To guide and lead the ALBION SC program and establish clear leadership and direction. Guide the site with the vision, goals, and expectations set forth by the Executive Director and vision of ALBION SC Brooklyn. Guide the club including teams, staff, players, parents and manage the overall success and operations of the site. Coordinate with the rest of ALBION SC Brooklyn to ensure seamless connection. This will include growing the club, identifying the staff, guiding and educating the staff, and building teams/rosters.
- Manage and oversee the overall success of the program within ALBION SC Brooklyn.
- Manage, oversee and organize coaching staff per age group that is complete and capable to execute club curriculum.
- Build out ALBION SC Brooklyn with a full pathway with boys and girls program built out from U8-U13
- Build out ALBION Juniors recreational program U4-U9
- Assure the club that all players and coaches within the organization are 100% outfitted professionally in training and game day in proper attire.
- Develop a club culture that coaches, players and parents are committed to the club and organization first. Club First Mentality. Pride in the club.
- Develop player pool strategy to get the best development plan for integration of players within the ALBION SC Brooklyn network.
- Lead the site in accordance with ALBION SC standards and manage and develop staff with the process in conjunction with ALBION SC approach.. Assure the site that each coach is compliant with the ALBION process and is adhering to the standards of ALBION SC and are providing fully what is expected.
- Oversee and manage a recruitment plan to identify the best talent in the area and annually bring forth top 2-3 kids per team identified in the market to improve and increase our chances of developing professional players.
- Manage relations with the community and attract coaches, players and local businesses to want to be part of ALBION SC Brooklyn.
- Manage and help implement standardization of curriculum that will be built for all teams and manage each team and coach performing the periodization plan and style of play/ technical plan.
- Provide and ensure staff is performing evaluations and IDP plans for all players per timeline.
- Assist with managing ALBION SC’s brand ensuring its consistent application across the club and understanding.
- Attend all Club fundraising functions as leader and ambassador for ALBION SC
- Responsible for participating in all club functions as a leader of the organization.
Strategy and Administration
- In conjunction with the ALBION SC Brooklyn Directors, set performance measures to easily see that your leadership in the program is successful.
- Organize and implement standardization for the coaches and teams inside the program.
- Hold bi-weekly meetings with staff, Technical Director and age group directors.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Achieve building out set amount of teams and set amount of players
- Retention rates of teams perform at 95% or greater annually.
- Recruitment inside each cycle with top 2-3 players in the market for each age group
- Build out Juniors Program
- All players outfitted with proper club attire
- All coached clear on standards and performance of a coach is managed
- Full staff implementation of the prescribed standards set forth by club
- The customer satisfaction is excellent
- Serve as community liaison with entities (permitting, schools, indoor facilities)
- Plan out calendar of tournaments for club.
- Improve overall brand image with enhanced level of marketing and profile of the program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
