What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach (Part-Time) position at Albright College?
Albright College is seeking applications for Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. The candidate will help create a fully participating atmosphere aligning with the Athletic Department mission to recruit, retain and graduate athletes from all demographics. Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference. For this part-time position, assist head coach, with day-to-day operations of the program; coaching responsibilities; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; skill development of athletes; and all other duties as assigned by head coach.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist head coach with day to day on field coaching.
Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate player talent for recruits.
Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
Assist with planning and implantation of pre-season practices.
Post all team activities and announcements on social media.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Prerequisites:
COMMUNICATION:
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
SKILLS:
Playing and/or coaching soccer necessary.
Knowledge of social media and the HUDL website preferred.

Fluency in Spanish, preferred
EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:
Coaching experience at high school or college level.
EDUCATION:
College degree or equivalent required.
LICENSES:
Drivers license required.
