We seek an Accounting Specialist/Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices using Quickbooks Online.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Distribute invoices for sales review
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Maintain financial data using QuickBooks Online.
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Must have experience with Quickbooks Online
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic software programs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
