About Us:We are a multi-location Pediatric Dental Support Organization (DSO) dedicated to providing top-tier dental care to children and families. Our team is committed to excellence in patient experience, and we need an experienced HR & Compliance Manager to help us maintain a thriving, compliant, and supportive workplace.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and Texas state employment laws, OSHA, HIPAA, and healthcare industry regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Manage benefits administration, payroll compliance, and workplace safety initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
- Handle employee investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes professionally and confidentially.
- 3 years of HR and compliance experience (preferably in healthcare or multi-location environments).
- Strong knowledge of Texas employment law, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHC certification (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in a dental, medical, or multi-unit organization is a plus!
