The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role : The Sr. Manager, Global HR Compliance serves as a strategic partner to key stakeholders collaborating with Employment Legal, Compensation, Privacy Legal, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to identify emerging risks, complex employment requirements, and workplace policy expectations.  This position is responsible for establishing, communicating, and maintaining policies and practices in HR compliance on a global scale relative to applicable country,  federal, state, county and city laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to CrowdStrike.  What You'll Do : In partnership with relevant stakeholders, accountable for designing, implementing,, and maintaining compliant company-wide policies and processes pertaining to wage and hour, leave and accommodations, recruitment, regulatory reporting  , time off , compliance posters and training requirementsLead and manage workforce programs within the HR Compliance Center of Expertise (COE) to ensure the Company is compliant with the applicable legal requirements, relating to Federal and State Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)Oversee the completion, communication of findings, and action plans of all US compliance-related reporting activities such as the AAP, EEO-1, I-9, VETS 4212, as well as international gender pay and pay transparency analyses, in partnership with external vendors, Employment Legal, and CompensationServe as the liaison and primary point of contact at the country, state, and local level for government agencies and external vendors Direct global HR Compliance activities by identifying new, existing, and revised  employment and labor laws, regulations and enforcement activity, analyze cross-company compliance risk and recommend policy and procedural changes to HR and Employment Legal LeadershipPartner with Privacy Legal to develop and implement data retention and management policies by country and / or state and categoryPartner with HR and Employment Legal to develop and deliver training pertaining to employment and labor law complianceDirect and establish the audit of internal HR Compliance training record assignment and completion  to position the Company for success from a data governance perspectiveManages relationship with external learning software vendors to ensure HR Compliance training requirements are met and outlines opportunities for new training to mitigate potential riskPartner with Facilities to advise, develop strategies, implement, and manage the global workplace Health and Safety programBuild strong relationships with key business partners to enhance the integration of compliance requirements into their processesConsult on new business and technology initiatives to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated to mitigate riskDevelop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with CrowdStrike’s business goalsWhat You'll Need : Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study or equivalent experience in addition to 8 years of relative HR Compliance experience7 years of experience researching, developing, and writing company employment policies and / or communications7 years’ experience working with labor laws and reporting applicable to Federal Contractors and principles of equal employment opportunity7 years of experience working with multi-state employment law issues, including wage and hour, hiring practices, etc.   Experience managing global initiatives and ability to navigate through ambiguity / re-prioritize as requirements and direction changeExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate executive presenceEmployment law and compliance background a plusBonus Points : Experience handling broad range of HR compliance initiativesStrong team player with a track record of building and maintaining relationships across multiple (and often senior) stakeholdersIndependent, resourceful problem-solverOperating with a sense of urgency / a self-starter who thinks aheadLeveraging knowledge of the business to develop solutions balancing business needs with organizational risk#LI-MJ1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike : Remote-friendly and flexible work cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge  Paid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Resource Groups, geographic neighbourhood groups and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
