Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering therapeutic interventions to help clients navigate emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenge

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and track progress.
  • Stay informed on best practices and emerging techniques in the mental health field.
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards per state licensure requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and community resources for client care coordination.
  • Maintain a consistent caseload and manage client scheduling effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of [Insert State].
  • Proven experience providing therapy to diverse populations.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic frameworks, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, EMDR, or family systems therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation and time management.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

This position is essential in creating a nurturing environment where seniors can thrive while receiving the necessary support for their daily lives.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
