Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering therapeutic interventions to help clients navigate emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenge
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and track progress.
- Stay informed on best practices and emerging techniques in the mental health field.
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards per state licensure requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and community resources for client care coordination.
- Maintain a consistent caseload and manage client scheduling effectively.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of [Insert State].
- Proven experience providing therapy to diverse populations.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic frameworks, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, EMDR, or family systems therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
