Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is looking for a talented Logistics Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth, foster client relationships, and create new opportunities in the logistics and relocation sector.

This role offers a unique chance for an experienced sales and business development professional to drive expansion, develop customized solutions, and build long-term partnerships with corporate and government clients.

Key Objectives:

  • Bid and win new business deals within the logistics and relocation industry
  • Prepare tailored logistics solutions that meet client requirements
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements to secure new accounts
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics service delivery
  • Keep a current CRM database with sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline forecasts
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to generate leads and boost brand awareness
  • Exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in logistics, business development, or sales within the moving or relocation industry
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Able to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
