LAND USE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY or CEQA LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - Roseville, CA A boutique natural resources and land-use law firm and California's foremost legal advisor to mining, energy, development, and mitigation banking companies doing business in the state is seeking to hire 2 Associates, with either Land Use or CEQA experience. Our core area of practice is providing project permitting, compliance, transactional, and litigation solutions for some of the world's largest and most recognized companies. The firm is seeking associates with 2 to 4 years of land-use and environmental experience (required) to join its office in Roseville, California. The ideal candidate has outstanding academic credentials, exceptional writing and research skills, ability to handle complex matters, and is committed to delivering excellent quality work in a collaborative environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate interpersonal skills, problem solving, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), CEQA litigation, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the California Endangered Species Act (CESA), the federal Endangered Species Act (ESA), and state and federal regulatory environmental agencies a plus. Candidate must be a member of the California Bar.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate
