What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Alcoeur Gardens?
* 4 Days per week from 10 am - 4 pm *
We are a small health care company, searching for the right person to assist managing the administrative office.
*Must be skillful in Google Docs*
You must be detailed oriented and organized.
You must be able to:
*Answer phones, retrieve voicemails and speak to vendors professionally
*Prepare mailings and retrieve the mail
*Assist Staffing Coordinator with new hire paperwork
*Prepare and sort documents
*Check fax machine and disperse documents to appropriate team members
*Data entry
*Process/file worker compensation and leave of absent requests
*Ensure payroll is entered on time (you will complete this task with the owner bi-weekly)
*Order office supplies
*Provide support for the Operations Manager and Marketing department
Must have:
*Experience as an Office Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant
*The ability to multi-task while working in a busy office
*Preferred ADP experience
Pay Ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
The hours are 10am-4pm, 4 days per week during Monday through Friday (days to be discussed during interview)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
